Pathetic Private baking service , Massive fees no Service

My wife is a private banker and has a business account paying over R1000 worth of fees every single month and can not ever get hold of her banker and is fed up so this is what I'm going to do your banker never gets back to us we always call and then your staff run around with no feedback typical Netbank.

I'm going to take the matter to the ombudsman and report it as following Paying a fee for a service you do not render to my wife I want all her private baking fees back or I'm taking the matter further don't bother sending me the automatic reply.
