Pathetic NO NO communication

I have had nothing but the run around. Untrained staff, empty promises... I have already closed my savings account and trying to sort ot my personal loan. Sadly the service has not improved yet... Covid is not an excuse any more.. Had to send to 4 different departments now to try and get statements as i dont have the app as i dont have a savings account and you dont email them any more¡!!!!!!!
