Pathetic Nedbank Junxion Mall

I am writing this complaint whilst standing close to 2 hours in the cue to use the atm at the junxion mall. I was in the cue from 9 and it's now 10:40. Only 1 atm is working. All I needed to do was deposit but my whole morning is ruined because only 1 atm is working. None of the consultants on duty today bothered even apologising for the inconvenience.

Nedbank is so pathetic.. there were no security guards close to the atms and drunkards kept harassing us in the cue. I am beyond appalled.

I would not recommend Nedbank even to a dog
