Pathetic Nedbank

I just put 1 star coz I had no other option, these guys are really bad when it comes to customer services, they are worse than cell c.

My wife tried to get her personal loan resolved over the phone and the consultants were being so rude, my wife had filed so many requests regarding call backs and follow ups yet none has been completed.

The bank took out money from my wife account without authorization,

initially we took out a loan for R112 000, We have been struggling and paying for the past 3 years were we paid over R140 000 in total, the loan amount is still outstanding at R120 000,

how ridiculous is that, imagine you have been paying for more than what you have taken out and now you have to pay 3 times more than expected, Nedbank doesn't have the decency to think that we currently facing the worlds deadliest virus that's killing people from all over the world, they have no decency to help people.

in our instance we were not fighting about paying back the money but instead making arrangements to pay back the money, yet we received such disgusting services from the team who just blatantly pushed us away.

after all that hurtful experience I would like to know how will Nedbank compensate me for all my time and effort that I have put in trying to get connected with them, if there is no compensation from them, I will move to another bank to consolidate my loan, I will also get all my family and friends to move away from Nedbank as I wouldn't want anyone else to get hurt the way I have.
