PATHETIC NEDBANK CREDIT CARD INSURANCE!!

I took out a policy from Nedbank a few years ago to cover my Credit Card balance in the event of me losing my job or my death. I lost my job in 2018 and tried to claim. I gave up. I then found employment in 2019 and carried on paying my credit card. I have now lost my job due to COVID. I have been trying to activate the policy ever since as I am unable to pay my Credit Card. Despite emails and phone calls - NOTHING! And now they have sent me a renewal notice for this policy!! Nedbank has been an amazing bank to me, but the insurance division is terrible (I have a feeling Old Mutual underwrites this policy and dealing with them is another nightmare!)
