Pathetic Nedbank banking app

Been a customer for years. The Nedbank banking app is so frustrating to use, been complaining directly at the bank and even send emails to no avail. If their banking app is not fixed by end of January, I will be closing my business account and move to another bank. Even wrote a review on their Google play page, pathetic.
