Pathetic Nedbank

I blocked my card because off ********** transactions going off.Then I need to get a new card.My local branch has a que longer than the main street .I leave work at 3 to go to the bank,just arrive there 5 minutes past 3,and the bank now closes at 15:00.Then I try a branch in PE and most of the branches are closed.Only the one in Greenacres are open.I phone them and ask if they can courier me card and they tell me they can not because the of the ********** transactions.I must go into the bank to collect my card.How pathetic can they be?Who's fault is it that the ********** transactions went of my account in the first place?Not mine.
