Pathetic Nedbank

1st my Credit card APO payment of R2500 went of on the 26th, i requested that they reverse the APO and re submit it on the 1st as that is when i would have recipes my salary!! Now on the the 3rd you debit my account with R4220????? Almost double the amount?????? Can you please clear the money on my credit card i need my money!!! I cant wait 2-5 working days!!!!!
