Pathetic Nedbank

My daughter who lives in New Zealand has tried unsuccessfully to contact Nedbank. I live in South Africa and it is absolutely impossible to actually speak to a consultant at Northgate. The call Centre gives different information or give me phone numbers that are non existence. So I'm turning to hello Peter in the hope a consultant will contact me so I can give them the information to assist my daughter in New Zealand as she wishes to close an account with Nedbank.
