Pathetic Nedbank

I changed my telephone number on the app and at the branch in FEBRUARY 2023. My old telephone number is still in Nedbank’s system. My new number is NOT UPDATED IN NEDBANK’s system. The call centre person instructed me to go to the BRANCH AGAIN!!!!! to update my phone number. Incompetant bank, with incompetant people, with incompetant systems!!! I will NOT recommend nedbank to any family or friends!!!!!
