Pathetic mfc

On my husbands credit reports it shows he missed 3 payments in 2024 and 1 payment on 2025. We have been paying this account each and ever month on time before the end of the month. We were paying weekly first and then went over to monthly again. We have been contacted multiple times regarding outstanding payments. We have paid R5230 for the past 3 months to cover arears, but we are still being told that we are not paying! This resulting in a bad credit report.

We submitted all the proof and we can send all our monthly payments again. I am going to put this on social media and I will not advise any of my family or friends to ever buy a vehicle through mfc finance nor will we ever renew our car finance with you.

Someone has to take a look at this account. It's not fair, that we are paying, but it's said that we are not. Mfc is to remove and update my husbands payment profile immediately.

We have been paying and paying, but it never stops. This is inhumane Sending people to come collect our car and wanting to embarrass us.. Pathetic!!!
