Pathetic lack of customer service - Vote with your feet people, move to where you are treated best!

Pathetic lack of customer service and no interest in serving clients' needs- Closing my Business accounts. Cannot get hold of my "Relationship Manager " and no response from management above. If I can't speak to them they can't help my business - Moving banks to one that talks to me! No more trying to run a business account with a company that does not care.
