Pathetic *********** staff at Nedbank

I was retrenched end of August. I forwarded all the necessary documentation through to Nedbank for my personal loan, credit card and overdraft. When you call the Insurance department they say sorry they cannot assist you must phone Debtreview. When you phone debt review they say you must talk to I insurance. But they are very quick to phone for payment. Everyone is passing the buck .A 17.3 was forwarded to them and they declined the payment holiday. I sm still waiting for UIF for my first payment to be made and we all know the hurry they are in
