pathetic incompatence Nedbank

Nedbank home insurance are the worst and are liers. We had a storm in Jan 2021. I tried to claim so they can fix the roof after 6 months of following up with them (not one phone call from them by themselves, i had to always phone in) they eventualy sent out an asessor,who said no maintenance was done on the roof so the claim was not successfull we are now in October 2021 and nothing is resolved. Me and my husband maintenanced the roof once a year ourselves. When the storm damaged the roof we had to make temporary fixes once a week in raining season just to keep our house from flooding. The assesor was a lier or incomoetent. you can se the paint on the roof is new . i dont understand what more we could have done from our side. i will not pay my home loan or my home insurance untill nedbank decides to take their assessts seriously as we do!
