Pathetic Home loan service

I have not been getting any joy from dealing with your home loan department. They can not communicate. I have called the home loan sales dept twice and my request hasn’t been fulfilled. All I asked was to be sent the quote to the correct email address and nothing still. The banker dealing with my application doesn’t even respond to emails.
