Pathetic heartless robots!!!!! Not even worth one star!!!!

So I took a personal loan with Nedbank in 2009 and I was faithfully paying the debt until I was retrenched in April 2020 due to COVID-19. The balance of the debt owing is R800 odd.

I have since been receiving threatening SMSES from one Erasmus Attorneys advising me that the Sheriff is going to come and attach my goods due to the nonpayment of the debt. Quite the bullies hey! I would like to know how they do this without issuing Summons and/or getting judgment against me first!

I have requested an outstanding balance statement time and time again from Nedbank Retail Recoveries since inception of the debt and to date I am still awaiting same! What am I being charged for????

The whole world has been affected by COVID-19 and I understand that I am liable for the debt but despite my retrenchment, they are still requesting a payment as I have no insurance - let me rather sell my soul so I can pay Nedbank their R800!

As for this threatening SMSES, I have worked in the legal field for 19 years and I KNOW MY RIGHTS! This is causing me such a duress because I have no income whatsoever and making ends meet is a nightmare let alone having to deal with these bullies!

Nedbank and Erasmus Attorneys are heartless robots because despite me being in financial dire straits, they want to send a Sheriff to attach. Please do so because I have sought legal advice and will ensure that no other debtor is threatened like this AGAIN!
