PATHETIC!!!

I've already lodged a complaint, I've spoken to a thousand operators, I've explained my story over and over. The personal loan gets paid every single month. It has never been behind, not even once. Yesterday, when applying to buy a car, they informed us that because of our personal loan with Nedbank, WHICH IS 9 MONTHS BEHIND, we do not qualify. This loan has NEVER been behind. This is outrageous. Your service is pathetic. Never in my life have I come across a more disorganized bank. And I've never had this many issues with any other company I've dealt with.
