Pathetic excuse for a bank!!!

Nedbank global banking I am actually appalled . This is not the second time I have had to do a recall of funds sent to America . The bank in question is a top tier bank, Wells Fargo . Who I was told you have a good relationship with. Probably a lie as well . I sent funds over a month ago . Nothing was received by the recipient. I then did a track and trace which I was charged for ! Not a free service right? So I expect to be updated on all activity regarding the transaction . Think again ! I had to keep calling and calling to see what was going on . Not one person bothered to call me . Now , I have filled in your recall form . Again this Cherly Bouwer woman is handed this case. I have been waiting for other a week now for her to bother to call me . Still nothing ???

Two things needs to happen now !

1. Since all your calls are recorded , I am requesting all the call recordings for my case. The track and trace and the recall ; ref ***0 2. I suggest this be sorted out by COB Friday , I will not wait any longer for my money to be sent back to me !!!!!

I will be taking this to all social media platforms as this seems to be the only way you people see anyone’s complaint and even bother responding!!!!

I suggest someone call me immediately
