Pathetic Excuse for a Bank !!!!!!!!!!!!

What Stupid bank you are Nedbank I have been charged left right and i am fed up with this bank. Your consultants have no idea what they are doing and so does your call centre. Stop calling me and refund me back my money. You advised that i should open a new account since you couldn't refund me back my money and now your calling me saying i owe you . please pay me back my money and close your accounts with me as i will be moving to another bank. i cannot deal with your lack of knowledge and intelligence. Nedbank is a ***** bank. your telling me i should contact or go to the bank by the call centre how about the call centre and the bank contact each other and solve this ****ty mess you have created. **** OFF actually. Give me back my money for the past 3 months. I changed accounts because of you and now your calling saying i owe you money for an account you should have closed. my time is money fix yourselves. PAY ME BACK MY MONEY.
