Pathetic disgusting service

Shocking bank, shocking service and to boot they treat clients like fools. We have banked with Nedbank for 40 plus years - but I gather that isn't enough o garner any form of loyalty or common decency from employees. The typical scenario is go to the branch. We go - Constantia branch - can't help you go to another branch - next branch - sorry speak to your personal banker - phone - sorry can't help you - go to the branch. A total insult to our intelligence
