Pathetic customer service - home loan division

I have been trying to contacting a consultant for the past week with no success. Eventually get a hold of someone they do a security check and say they need to transfer to someone that can assist and then no one answers. I have been on the line for more than 30 mins each time and to date no one has been able to assist with updating the debit order details. Terrible customer service, regret dealing with this bank. Have been leaving call me back requests on the website and no one calls. I don't know what to do to get this done. I have tried every option and I have reached a point now where I have given up.
