PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's so difficult to serve notice to cancel bond with this bank, I swear they are playing hide and seek. I spent 30 minutes this morning trying to request the simple request of serving notice but am being sent from pillar to post. Please allow me to part ways with your bank by processing my request.
