Pathetic Customer Service - Don't use this bank - I am closing all my accounts and moving elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling service - I've been a LOYAL customer for over 13 years, and I'm about to close ALL my accounts and move to a different bank.

I've been trying to get information regarding my Credit Card since last week. Was on call with someone for over an hour, and they still couldn't explain to me what was going on, now the documents was requested at the branch I opened my account with, still nothing.

Now today I try using my card and get a "Validation" error, no one can explain what is going on, I hold and the operator just transfers my call to the helpline again, now I'm holding again (30mins on call already)...
