Pathetic Customer Service!!! Debit order Dispute! Picanto cannot be R12 000

I'm quite disappointed with the service I have received from MFC- collections department!! Spoke to 3 consultants with no resolution. Sent follow-up emails with no response. When I request to speak to a Elaina Segage she is in a meeting and apparently she does not have an email address for me to lodge my complain. Nicolene and the other lady I spoke to before Desmond Johnson were rude. Desmond Johnson tried to assist. A Kia Picanto 2017 1.0 can't be R12000 !!!
