Pathetic Customer service

ATM swallowed my card asked for assistance from the branch so unfortunate that I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sandile Khanyile he asked who ever was inside the ATM terminal to check atmY000 thereafter he said I have to go and do a new card when I asked at whose cost he said I have to pay for at my bank and the most irritating part is that the way he said it as if it my fault my card was swallowed and if they know that their ATM are faulty why they don't have empathy to the customers they don't even wear name tags you have to ask them who they're and why there's a guy inside the ATM terminals.

The service I received today showed me that the customer service there is pathetic.
