Pathetic Customer service

I called your call centre about an enquiry on my personal loan account. I, had the misfortune of speaking to a consultant that sounded like he should not be speaking to clients at all, or he had not recovered from a drunken weekend. He was extremely rude, sarcastic in his responses. His name is Leonardo, years of banking with Nedbank, never have i come across such below average service. Its disgusting
