Pathetic banking service

There is no doublt, Nedbank is a pathetic banking service provider. I am struck between relationship banker and retail branch about my home loan queries. I sent my queries to NEDBank and they took a week to respond "I should contact retail branch at ***and when contacted retails, they said i should contact relationship banker. Chaotic banking service provider.
