Pathetic Banking branch ever

The service at Nedbank woodmead Branch has been at its lowest, for simple thing "card collection" one takes more than 40 minutes before been attended. And the manager there is also making it worse instead of solving the problem she calls you to the office and assist you, which doesn't solve the problem. You would see the staff roaming around flocking in her office while customers are queuing for more than 30 minutes and they seem less interested in customers. Something needs to be done real quick, if you need to hire more staff do so. This is really not on. We go there during our lunch hours.
