Pathetic Bank

In one month three debit orders went off against my account, exactually same amount. I have to contact bank which is costs to me, reversal cost I need to cover no compensation from this pathetic company at all. You receive SMS stating call will be closed after you the client had to sort the reversal.PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, MAGGIE NAICKER WAS CLIENTS SERVICE REP WHO SENT ME SMS STATING CALL CLOSED. IN BREACH OF CONTRACT BUT NO POINT OF FIGHTING AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSE FOR WHAT EVER WENT WRONG.
