Pathetic bank

Its been over 2 months of waiting on nedbank with this case and yall havent even had the decency to communicate with me and let me know what's happening I've had to call numerous times and its on the 9th and final week of your waiting period for cases and still nothing Nedbank suspended my account because one of your employees created my account on her phone now Im the one thats not able to use my account this is pathetic
