Pathetic Bank

I paid the license disck on the money app. The bank was supposed to courier the disc, but did not courier it. Its been more than 8days, and haven't received any communication from the courier or the bank.

When I called the bank, I was told it was not their responsibility and I needed to call the licensing department, which I did and was referred to the bank. I am currently driving a car with an expired license disc. Although I paid for it, the bank did not assist me. Should I have known that this is the type of treatment you give to your clients, I was not going to buy this.
