PATHETIC BANK

So on the 7th of October 2024 I have to the Key West Nedbank branch to open a Nedbank business account, All went well the lady who assisted me was so great. Up to now I have not received my card and every time I waste my time by driving there asking about my bank card for my business account and every time its the same ****ty story, Oh they did not ORDER THE CARD Its been 4 weeks and still nothing, Then they will phone me from the branch you can come and collect your card, When I get there no CARD what a surprise,

you are wasting my time and can't receive any payment as you are wasting my time. Now I have lost 2 great big contracts because of you people not doing your job.
