Pathetic Bank

Poor poor poor customer service I keep getting transferred to different agents and spent over an hour waiting on the phone. I'm going to change banks your service is pathetic. Your employees don't know that a certain services are not open on Saturdays I keep getting transferred to a service that's not open. This indicates a lack of focus this is disgusting as I have spent over an hour on the phone to follow up.
