Pathetic at its finest

I have voiced my disapproval of nedbank staff. And to show their total disregard of a client they discarded my message and did not bother to respond. What a shame for a banking conglomerate like them. I'm appalled by the lack of service. Truly disgusting and shameful. It's a pity the CEO is never available to answer such dastardly service.
