Pathetic App and service

The Avo app is useless. I have been using it for months doing purchasing or airtime, electricity etc. All my points have disappeared. The chat function is just as useless as there is no joy in getting through to an agent to help. Where are the points that I earned? What an absolute waste of time? Further the app ****ls, takes forever to open, then move to the specific category you are looking for... Half the time, the app does not open. What a pathetic waste of time collecting points that no longer shows.
