Pathetic, apaulling service for closure of Cheque Access

I have been taken from pillar to post to close off the cheque account I no longer need. I have called them and have been to the branch numerous but seemingly Nedbank refuses to close off this account. I guess I am lousy idiotic f@£k in their eyes that requires to opt for the legal route to resolve closure of the Professional Account they keep billing. If this is not resolved, hell is going break loose. I am sick and tired to be referred to the branch all the time.
