Pathetic and very very poor service

I got nedbank swipe machine at my hardware store it stop working minday afternoon . I reported next day since then I have been waiting today is the 3rd day it's still not working. Pathetic and very very very poor service . Will not recommend any friend nedbank agin . Cant wait to switch to fnb or standard bank . MXM
