Pathetic and unprofessional service

Nedbank blocked my account and 3 days later they still don't know why and no investigator name can be provided upon my own research I found the fault issues have been resolved with the complainant complainants banks have already closed complaints but Nedbank still hasn't assisted me as their client ..I'm still sleeping in my car in the middle of nowhere waiting for Nedbank to resolve contact me urgently on ***
