Pathetic and unprofessional service

So Nedbank, well done on your amazing service! This is me being totally sarcastic. You build people up to think their loan is approved and while they expecting to receive payment, you eventually say it’s declined after receiving confirmation of the approval and signed the contract. In these trying times, people like me rely on the banks to assist but Nedbank you are the worst. Most terrible service. Been with you for about 20 years but think it’s time to reconsider.
