Pathetic and poor service

This bank doesn't even deserve a star. I am an accou t holder doe the past 15 years. No customer service and pathetic poor service. They don't give you feedback and at my own expense i have to phone and ask for feedback. They transfer you from department to the next and they say they will call back but all in vain. I am closing my account with nedbank and withdrawing my investments.
