I've been receiving sms's from new debit regarding outstanding home loan account from 2015. I've phoned Nedbank and new debit, I've emailed Nedbank and almost 50 emails to new debit and I've submitted our sequestration from the High Court in 2015, I've submitted the curators details and I've submitted the L&D.

Regarding the sms's I'm receiving regarding outstanding money for Nedbank home loan.

This is my final message to Nedbank and new debit or any other collection agency, this is also a friendly notification that I've spoken to a lawyer and he advised that everything was done correctly, sequestration was final and he also said that the time period for collection has lapse.

If you don't understand I will put it in plain English, this is called harassment what your company is doing, and be informed that I will go to court to open an harassment case against your company if you continue to harass me or send me threatening sms's.

Advice me if I need to take this further, I will not hesitate in getting a harassment case against Nedbank?
