Pathetic and outrageous service

I recently changed to private banking, which entails having your own private banker.On Saturday,I spent most of my morning siting in a queue waiting to collect my new cards.What a pathetic waste of money and poor service.There is no point in getting a banker with nedbank.I am now moving to Investec.
