Pathetic and ineffecient service

After having problems with registering an account and having to constantly follow up with nedbank consultants,on status of my account,i must say Nedbank has the worst and slowest service ever.Banking should be convenient and service should be effecient and I must say Nedbank is none of these(to branches visited,Musgrave and Malvern branch)
