Pathetic and Frustrating Service received from NEDBANK

I have been requesting the Financial Planner (Siphiwe Mkhize) from Pietermaritzburg Church Street Branch to cancel my flexible investment since it reached maturity and the investment was not yielding much interest.

I have sent him all the requested documentation and I was informed that he is going to action my request immediately. It is almost a month and I have not received my money into my bank account.

I raised my concerns with him and I was told that the system was down. I have been sending numerous follow-up emails highlighting my concerns with absolutely no communication from him.

There is no since of urgency from him and its really disappointing and frustrating with the level of service received from Nedbank.
