PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING RUDE NEDBANK

NEDBANK INSURANCE SERVICE IS REALLY PATHETIC

1. I had an accident on the 10th of April, I called them and I was told they pickup my policy in the system (admin office does not open on holidays) however they can call a tow truck truck to fetch my vehicle, they will sort everything on the 11th as admin will back to work.

2. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL FROM INSURANCE, WHEN YOU THEY DNT ANSWER THEIR PHONES

3. THEY DONT REPOND TO EMAILS, TILL TODAY IM STILL STRUGGLING TO GET HOLD OF THEM, STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR AND NO UPDATE.

4. MY ACCESS WAS CHARGED R1500 extra because they captured my licence as "less than 2years old" 2021 instead of 2012, i emailed them a copy of my license but still no respond, iv been trying to call with no luck

STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK, I REGRET AND IM DEFINITELY CANCELLING THIS INSURANCE AS SOON AS I GET MY CAR
