Pathetic

On the 8th of June we app**** for a card machine at our local branch to expand our small business. We were told it will take 7 to 10 days for delivery. It is now the 29th of June and still nothing, yet you claim to assist small businesses. . Hopefully someone can assist us as our small business need this machine to diversify in these tough economic conditions.
