Pathetic

Service is absolutely pathetic really ,Tuesday I waited for 30 mins to get a settlement for my bond the lady had A problem with her system ,finally helped by a guy, then twice to branch as the money was not cleared ,but I called today after doing the transfer yesterday I called ref ***8 to close my bond account now the homeloan lead team goes on about my interest rate even though I stated that the account is settled they said the rate is changed till cancelled,I will not pay extra whatever is paid was on my settlement which I had settled,kindly please get your staff equipped to speak to clients,
