Pathetic

Thier Service is pathetic and their are *******. I currently live in Germany and I sent my son's school boarding fees and school fees, they accepted the school fees and credited it to the school but they rejected the boarding fees as these have different accounts. The rejected the amount was supposed to be sent back within 15-20 working days. This was done on the 8th of November but I still don't have the money back in my bank accounts. The school and I contacted them to let them know that they must not send the money back but clear it and credit it into the boarding's bank account. We have been in contact with swift operation, Naidoo, S. (Syvie), Firmin, Q. (Quanita) but they have not been responsive. The money in not in my bank account or in the school's bank account and there are no answers where the money is. My bank confirmed that the money lies with Nedbank.
