PATHETIC

Nedbank I just want to let you know that I would not suggest anyone banks with you , your systems are out dated , your services is pathetic and your staff do not have the mental capacity to think for themselves. Ever single month I get the exact same phonecall , my account is over drawn , Last time I checked when I draw my last moneys there is a balance. Then your merchants bank late and its my problem ? <br> This month I made sure there was just enough money in my aco**** for my inurance to go off. What happens ? Petrol I put in on the 25th goes off the 27th ? How the **** is that possible if I put it in the 25th ??????<br> Then I see there is a minus , so I transfer money into my account to balance it out and avoid a bad name , and still you return the debit order and charge me banking fees ??? You are out dated and your systems are out dated , get with the program , I am leaving this bank very soon ..... I use to like you now I just think that you are pathetic and useless. My wife banks with you and has the exact same issue , we cant get loans or anything cause our accounts go in minus , stupid idiot nedbank systems
