PATHETIC

I'm so disappointment of Nedbank!,so sad that that I have to make ends meet because of them,I'm under debt review,paying mthem through my debt counselor but they still debited my account this month meaning they will get double payment ,I went to one of their branches to assist me with a refund they showed me a phone to use so I can call a consultant by myself.consultant said they will look into it but still I haven't got any feedback.
